REFUND (Custom made orders)
Please contact us right away if there’s ever any issue regarding your order. We’ll always address any questions or concerns & most certainly do my best to ensure that all customers are 100% satisfied. Please keep in mind that most items are customized, therefore no returns or exchanges will be accepted. Pictures provided upon request.
All sales are considered final after 5 days of ordering, including Deposits. After the 5th day, an investment is made to gather all necessary materials needed, then prepared to process your order, therefore is nonrefundable. Rush orders may be processed the same day or within this 5 day period, therefore voiding a refund. Refunds are not offered for customers who do not read my policies or lead times.
All sales are final for any “Ready to Ship" and/or Sale items.
COLOR CHANGE (Custom made orders)
An additional fee will be accessed, for color changes on any custom made order, after processing begins. Please be advised, sample flowers/bouquets are available for purchase if unsure about colors offered by Hey Bouquet or if you'd like to view them before hand. The sample flower/color listing can be used for reference to colors available

In the event of damage to your items during shipment, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package & we’ll offer immediate assistance to fix things in accordance. If damage to the items is due to fault of the delivery provider, please be sure take clear photos of the damaged box, as well as the damaged contents inside & the packaging, upon arrival. Please contact us prior to placing your order if you require purchase of additional insurance.
A 50% deposit is required prior to beginning any custom made order of $300 or more. Your remaining balance plus shipping cost must be paid in full before your order is shipped.
Any custom order with a remaining balance following 10 days of completion and/or 1st notification, will be assessed a late storage fee. Any custom order with a remaining balance following 30 days of completion and/or 1st notification, will be listed for resale or recycled, if there is no communication.
Payment in full is required for all "Ready to Ship" & Sale items.
Any order that is returned to the seller, due to an undeliverable address or other reason, and unclaimed by the buyer 45 days following 1st notification, will be recycled & void a refund, if there is no communication.
Installment payments can be arranged as well. This is an extended service & courtesy offered to customers who are eligible. Terms will be discussed prior to ordering.
DISCOUNTS are offered on orders of $350 or more

It is not necessary to have a PayPal account if you do not already have one, in order to submit payment. You can submit payment by checking out as a guest using your credit card info or Echeck transfer from your bank. Submitting payment via Echeck may delay shipping of your order, due to pending/delayed payment
Large orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail, FedEx, or UPS Ground. Smaller orders will be shipped via First Class Mail. Contact us to upgrade to Express/Rush delivery
Please note estimated shipping times for US: 1st Class Mail 2-5 days, Priority 2-3 days, Express 1-2 days. INTERNATIONAL: 1st Class Mail 10-30 days, Priority Mail 6-10 days, Express 3-5 day
CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES
International buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. These tax rates may vary per country. Buyers must contact customs regarding taxes dues, as well as should any shipping delays arise. These instances would be beyond our control.
If you need rush processing & shipping with any order, please convo me; additional fees may be required.

Any orders returned due to an address undeliverable or wrong address recorded, will require additional shipping fees to resend it. If any order is lost during transit, you will need to contact the company responsible, but rest assured I will do my best to assist throughout the process. Additional insurance can be purchased for your shipment if desired, but please let me know; it is not automatically included

INFO ABOUT SOLA WOOD FLOWERS
Sola wood flowers are derived from the tapioca wood plant (also known as balsa wood), so they're all natural/eco friendly! The material is very soft, naturally cream/ivory colored, & handmade to resemble fresh flowers in appearance! You can expect some variation in color, just as any flower from nature. Some browns spots may be apparent; this is apart of the organic nature of the flowers, as they are made from wood shavings! The arrangements are dyed & combined with preserved greens & babies breath, which may be slightly fragrant. The sola flowers will NOT wilt & NO need to fluff flowers upon receiving! Much like preserved flowers, they will last a long time with proper storage. Just leave them in the original packaging & store safely away, in a cool & dry place in the box & out of direct sunlight until ready to use!
Sola WOOD flowers SHOULD NOT be set near or stored near fire or extreme heat (FLAMMABLE)! No parts of any of these arrangements are eatable
Bouquets should be wrapped in a cellophane bag for storage. Some oxidation may occur over time with brooches.
Keep in mind bouquets made of brooches/jewelry, although sturdy, they are delicate pieces and should not be handled more than necessary

WHAT IS A CUSTOM ORDER?
A custom order consists of any personalized flower arrangement that is requested and/or purchased by the customer, then made to order! This includes all flower bouquets, boutonnieres/button holes, corsages, flower crowns, flower baskets, flower sashes, pomanders, & ring pillows.
What are Sola Wood flowers??

Can I order flower samples?
YES. You can order flower samples and/or a sample bouquet. Ordering samples is strongly suggested prior to finalizing your full order, if you are unsure about color selections offered by Hey Bouquet, the sola flower's or fabric flower's integrity/nature, or any other concerns, to avoid discrepancies later within the process and/or completion of your order.

Can I cancel my custom order?
YES. You may cancel your custom order within 5 days after purchasing.
Can I get a refund for my custom order?
All sales are considered final after the 5th day of purchase, including deposits. After the 5th day, an investment is made to gather all necessary materials needed, then prepared to process your order, henceforth is nonrefundable. Rush orders may be processed the same day or within 5 days, therefore voiding a refund. I do apologize, but I will not offer a refund for customers who do not read my lead times or policies.
Additionally, there are several options available to order samples, prior to finalizing your order, if uncertain or concerned about the flowers/arrangements size, color, integrity/nature (touch, feel, smell), etc. This is strongly suggested to avoid discrepancy later. (Refer to FAQ above, "Can I order flower samples?")
Can I change the colors for my custom order?
YES. You can change the colors for your order, however, if processing has already begun and/or has been completed, an additional fee will apply to change color and/or make new flowers!
